Upper Valley Farmhouse and Barn (Cwmwr Uchaf in Welsh) are a beautiful whitewashed 17th Century Farmhouse, and for larger parties a traditional stone-built 18th Century Barn. Set within the splendour of the Berwyn Mountains, they offer luxury self-catering accommodation in an idyllic and tranquil setting with superb views.
Our charming farmhouse, boasting traditional Welsh interior and exterior features, complemented by a modern and comfortable interior that has been renovated to a high standard and furnished with loving fixtures, antique furniture and lovely Welsh fabrics. The perfect home from home for a great family holiday.
Our barn is a traditional 18th century structure that also has an abundance of charm, but is finished in a more modern and luxurious style, perfect for larger parties. Accommodating up to 14 people across 6 bedrooms, there are multiple seating areas and a dining table big enough for the whole family.
We encourage you to escape and enjoy the peaceful setting of Upper Valley, but, if you do want to venture out, you’ll be perfectly positioned to explore Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park and North Wales. Both properties offer fantastic views across the valley and walks from your front door.
